How Soon Can We Start?
Subject to current workloads, we can commence within 3 work days from receiving payment , however we recommend as much notice as you can, as this will ensure the most effective campaign preparation.
- The first step is to complete our telemarketing client brief designed to gather information about your requirements. This is only document we use to prepare your campaign, not multiple emails or verbal instructions. If it's not in the brief, it won't get used. So it is an extremely important step not to be neglected as this is crucial to the success of your campaign. We recommended not delegating this step or rushing the process otherwise errors and or delays will occur. If supplying your own prospect calling list please ensure it meets our import format requirements, click here.
- Once all campaign details are confirmed; we would then issue an invoice.
- You would then need to make payment as it is required to be made prior to any kind of campaign preparation.
- As soon as cleared funds have been received; we would commence preparation of your campaign which includes any required telemarketing script development, campaigning database loading and campaign telemarketing training. If suppying your own database then please ensure it is formatted correctly as per our format requirements detailed within the brief we supply for you to complete.
NOTE: Securing a campaign start date can only be confirmed and locked into our available scheduling at the time of receipt payment as well as receipt of any supplied database. Our staff are often booked out well in advance. It is advisable to give us as much notice as possible as once we are booked out we cannot accommodate your campaign until an opening in our availability occurs.
